Can I select which flowers I send?
We create just one posy of flowers each day using the prettiest little blooms available. You (and we) won’t know what blooms we will offer until that morning when we go to our local markets. You can, however, view some of our previous posies on our website and social media pages.
Can I select which sweet treats I send?
Just like the blooms, we create just one sweet bundle of treats each day, baked fresh each morning. You can view some of our previous treats on our website and social media pages.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to the following suburbs around Adelaide listed here.
If your suburb isn’t listed, please check in with us and we can see what’s possible. We also update our delivery suburbs regularly, so keep an eye out for new delivery locations. To avoid disappointment, please do not order for a suburb that isn't listed without checking with us first. Please send us an email at email@example.com for more delivery information.
What time will my Sweet Little Blooms bundle be delivered?
Bundles will be delivered to business and residential addresses between 1pm-5pm on the day you request them to be delivered. We are also unable to guarantee specific delivery times as we go via the most efficient route on the day, which helps keep the price of our beautiful bundles down. If you have a reasonable time request, please include it in the special delivery instructions on the order page and we will do our best to accommodate. Please keep in mind that we do multiple deliveries each day.
What days do you operate?
We deliver Monday to Friday, except on public holidays. If you place an order for delivery on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday we will deliver your bundle the next business day.
Do you have an order deadline?
We will stop taking orders for same day delivery at 1 pm Adelaide time, or earlier if we sell out. If we sell out prior to 1pm, we will let everyone know on our social media pages. If you miss the deadline, you’ll be able to place your order to be delivered the next business day.
Can I place an order for a later date?
Yes. You can purchase a pre-order bundle to be delivered one or more days in advance.
Can I include a message with my bundle?
Yes you certainly can! Just enter your message on our order page, and this will be written on a custom gift tag. If you wish for your name to be included on the gift tag please ensure you include your name in the special notes section so your recipient knows who the bundle is from. We will not automatically include your name on the gift tag as some customers like to remain anonymous.
What if nobody is home?
If there’s nobody home to receive the bundle, we’ll do our best to find a discreet and shady spot for them. If you have any special delivery instructions please let us know on the order page.
What if I enter the wrong address when ordering?
It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct address when ordering, including the unit or apartment number if applicable. If you give us the wrong address and we are unable to deliver the posy, we will charge you a $10 re-delivery fee to send it out again the next day.
Can I order a larger bundle?
Absolutely! Our signature style bundle is $44 including delivery, but we also offer a beautiful larger bundle, our double bundle, for $88 including delivery. Simply select this option from the drop down menu when ordering.

Will my flowers look the same as in the picture?
We pride ourselves on providing you with pretty little blooms each day. Very occasionally, we may have to substitute flowers due to supply. In this case, your posy will be slightly different to the posy shown on our website and social media accounts. We can of course guarantee that it will still be beautiful and fresh. At times, some buds will appear slightly more closed than in the image, but this is to simply to provide you with longer lasting blooms.
Refunds and Returns
In the unlikely event that there is an issue with your bundle, it is not delivered as you have specified on the order form, or is any unforeseen circumstances arise which are the fault of Sweet Little Blooms, we will refund your purchase price if we are unable to arrange re-delivery of your bundle on another day of your choice.

Caring for Your Blooms
Flowers are delicate and do need some care! Keep your pretty blooms in a cool spot and away from direct sunlight and change the water (fresh, room temperature water) and re-trim the stems every two days.
Flower life can vary, so remove any faded blooms and let your remaining flowers shine!
If for any reason (excluding extreme weather) they last less than 3 days or you’re not satisfied with the order, please let us know immediately so that we can do our very best to help.
Storage of Sweet Treats
Your sweet treats should be consumed within 3-5 days (unless otherwise stated) and stored at or below 5°C in an air tight container.
