These Terms of Conditions govern the use of sweetlittleblooms.com.au and the purchase of any goods and products from it. Sweet Little Blooms is owned and operated by Sweet Little Blooms ABN 59 744 205 388.

By using this website you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions. Sweet Little Blooms reserves the right to amend or update this information at any time without providing notice. Please note that by using this website you agree to be bound by its terms, conditions, disclaimers and limitations of liability.

Prices and Payment

The price of each bundle includes delivery. The price may change without notice, but will be clearly displayed on our website and social media accounts.

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars.

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay.

Placing an Order

To complete your order we require some information from you including your name, contact details, billing address, delivery address and payment details.

Payment will need to be confirmed before we can deliver your bundle.

Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an email confirming your order. If you don’t receive an email, please let us know by emailing hello@sweetlittleblooms.com.au as there may be a problem with processing your order.

Bundles will be delivered to business and residential addresses between 1pm-6pm on the day you request them to be delivered. Please note we are unable to guarantee specific delivery times.

Availability of bundles

Only one style of bundle is available each day.

A limited number of bundles are available each day. We will update our website and social media accounts when our bundles are no longer available to purchase, stating that the bundle has sold out.

Advance orders

If you choose to ‘send on a later date’ you accept that you will not see the style of the bundle until the day of delivery, when it will be too late to change your order.

Operating Hours

Our business hours are 9am– 6pm Monday to Friday.

We do not operate on weekends or public holidays so please note that bundles cannot be sent on these days. If you place an order on a weekend or public holiday, your bundle will be delivered on the next business day.

Refunds and cancellations

Due to our quick turnaround times we’re unable to refund if you change your mind about a ‘send today’ bundle purchase.

We are unable to offer a refund if incorrect delivery information is given to us. It's the sender's responsibility to make sure they provide us with detailed and accurate delivery instructions.

If the wrong delivery address is given we can re-deliver, but this will be at an additional cost of $10.

For advance orders, any cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. You can cancel your order by emailing hello@sweetlittleblooms.com.au
